Our Booking Process

Start by browsing our safari suggestions and travel guides. They’ll give you a quick feel for what your ideal journey through Tanzania could look like.

When you’re ready, simply send us a non-binding enquiry – including your ideas, budget, and anything that matters to you.

One of our experienced safari specialists will then get in touch. Together, we’ll develop a personalised itinerary – by WhatsApp, phone or email, whichever works best for you.

If you choose a group tour or a lodge-based safari, we’ll first check the availability of rooms and spaces.

Once everything is available and you approve the plan, we’ll place a provisional reservation – free of charge.

You’ll then receive an invoice and payment details for your deposit:

• 10% deposit for camping safaris

• 30% deposit for lodge safaris

• Higher deposits may apply for luxury or bespoke itineraries

As soon as your payment has arrived, we’ll send you a written booking confirmation – and your safari is officially reserved.
